CHECK-IN: After 1:00 on the first day of your reservation. If vacant, early check-in is allowed. Please notify the office if you are checking in later than 5:00. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00-AM the morning after your last day of reservation.
RATES: For reservations longer than 1-month, a valid credit card must be kept on file. The balance of your reservation is automatically charged to your credit card on file on a 30-day basis, starting 30 days from the first date of your reservation.
NO PERMANENT RESIDENTS ARE ALLOWED. Guests may be subject to a background check at Perry Park & RV Campground’s discretion. RV’s must be in good condition. Outbuildings are not allowed. A single Pop-up shade screen house is allowed. WIFI: High-speed Internet via WIFI is available at Perry’s Country Store.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
EMERGENCIES: Call 911 in any emergency: Fire, Police or Ambulance.
GUESTS: Each guest and visitor needs to register in the office upon entering the park. Guests must leave by 10:00 PM or register and pay as an overnight guest.
VEHICLES: One RV and one personal vehicle are allowed on each site. Extra parking is available on the West side of the store.
GARBAGE/SANITATION: We do not collect trash. Trash must be placed in a plastic bag and taken to the large green dumpster near the store. Do not leave your trash outside.
FIRES: Campfires are allowed within the park, with the use of a fire ring only. Extinguish fires before retiring each night. Charcoal or propane grills with screens may be used for cooking.
SEWER HOSES: You must have a threaded or airtight donut type and must be supported off the ground. No storing or dumping of hazardous liquids on the ground or in the sewer.
DIGGING PLANTING OF SHRUBS: Not allowed, you will be responsible for damage of underground utilities.
PETS: Cats/Dogs must be kept on a lease at all times when outside of your camper. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required. No breeds against city ordinances will be allowed.
SITES: Sites must always be kept neat and clean. Place your trash into trash-bags, then in the dumpster near the office.. Protect the trees, do not cut, nail, or mutilate them. Fallen limbs may be used as firewood. When checking out, your site must be clean and left the way you found it. We reserve the right to charge your credit card a fee of $150.00 for having to clean your site of any garbage or personal items left behind. Please conserve water and electricity. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, trees, electric or water hydrants, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold K&T Enterprises LLC & Perry’s Pork Rinds LLC, and its owners, harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result during your reservation. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue K&T Enterprises LLC & Perry’s Pork Rinds LLC, and its owners for any and all liability, loss, or property damage during your reservation. I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me.
Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Perry Park RV & Campground Rules and Regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Perry Park RV & Campground the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE K&T Enterprises LLC & Perry’s Pork Rinds LLC, and its owners, its owners, from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Perry Park RV & Campground property, facilities and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs or encounters with wildlife.
I have read these Rules & Regulations and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests and invitees also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground without a refund.
